The website does not complete class registration or take online payment. Class participation, fees, cancellations, health information, conduct, and liability are governed by the separate registration documents provided by Dance College Studios. Those documents should be read before they are signed.

Dance activity involves physical effort and a risk of injury. Students and parents or guardians should follow teacher instructions, provide relevant health information, and ask for guidance when unsure whether participation is suitable. Any liability acknowledgement or waiver is contained in the separate signed registration agreement. Nothing in these website terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under Maltese law.
Photography and video permission
Permission to photograph or record a student and use that material for promotion is optional, specific, and separate from these website terms and class registration. Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, branding, photographs, videos, and other content belong to Dance College Studios or are used with permission.
